Business Beyond Borders Development Consultants is a leading facilitator of global trade connections, dedicated to matching exporters with quality importers across various industries. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Matching Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential for expanding our network and fostering international business partnerships.

Job Description: As a Business Matching Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential importing businesses in different countries and markets. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to these businesses to establish cooperation with various exporters. The role will involve traveling to meet with buyers and managing the entire business matching process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of businesses to understand their products and/or services and update the database accordingly.
  2. Identify and research potential importing businesses across diverse global markets.
  3. Conduct outreach through cold calls and cold emails to establish connections with potential partners.
  4. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads to enhance outreach efforts and generate leads.
  5. Travel to meet with buyers, attend trade shows, and network with industry professionals.
  6. Facilitate business matching between importers and exporters, ensuring successful partnerships.
  7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage client relationships effectively.
  8. Report on progress and outcomes of business matching activities to management.
  • Qualifications (Must have):
  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills,both verbal and written.
  3. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Good level of computer skills and good knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs.
  5. Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the import/export industry.
  6. Strong skills in cold calling and cold emailing, with a proven track record of successful outreach.
  7. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the ability to leverage LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  8. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  9. Willingness to travel for meetings and events as required.
  10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  1. Salary:Monthly salary ranging from USD 800 to USD 1400, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
